Role Summary

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will support Treasury technology initiatives with a strong focus on
QRM implementation
and
Treasury platforms
. The role involves partnering with Treasury stakeholders to deliver ALM, Liquidity Management, FTP, and Interest Rate Risk solutions through system build, integration, and enhancement projects using Agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Treasury business lines to analyze current-state processes and gather requirements related to
    ALM, Liquidity Management, FTP, Stress Testing, and SIRR
    .
  • Translate business needs into
    detailed business and functional specifications
    , including internal and external system interfaces.
  • Lead
    requirements workshops
    and create artifacts such as:
  • Data flow diagrams
  • Process models
  • Message and data mapping documents
  • Support testing activities by defining scenarios, managing defect triage, and ensuring
    requirements traceability
    .
  • Lead and support
    QRM platform implementation
    , ensuring alignment with Treasury pillars and business objectives.
  • Partner with technology and vendor teams to support integration, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Leverage deep QRM and Treasury domain knowledge to resolve
    complex business and data challenges
    .

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years
    of experience as a
    Business Systems Analyst
    , with recent experience in the
    Treasury domain
    .
  • 3+ years
    of hands-on experience implementing Treasury platforms as
    ALM, Liquidity Management, Stress Testing, or Forecasting tools
    (consulting, implementation, or support).
  • Strong understanding of
    capital markets instruments
    , valuation techniques, and
    IRR concepts
    .
  • Proven expertise in
    analyzing and reconciling large datasets
    to drive business decisions and requirements.
  • 5+ years
    of experience working in
    Agile delivery environments
    .
  • Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
