Your role, your impact
As a Business System Analyst, Treasury, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, software developers, and business users to ensure that systems meet business goals and deliver value. If you have a strong background in technical business analysis, particularly within the treasury space, and are adept at translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, then this role is for you.
Your day-to-day
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define high-level business requirements and prepare business cases;
- Recommend technology directions to align with business objectives;
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive, complete, and accurate functional and technical specifications;
- Develop and document business rules, interface specifications, and conceptual designs;
- Lead design reviews and other meetings to ensure alignment and progress;
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and other testing activities;
- Write user manuals, functional specifications, and other project-related documentation;
- Prepare training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.
Keys to your success
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical Business Analyst in Capital Markets;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive conversations and interact with senior stakeholders, including VPs;
- Results-driven and flexible approach, with a passion for variety in work and making meaningful contributions.
Extra edge
- Experience with QRM software;
- Experience in the treasury space;
- Knowledge and experience with ETL tools (Informatica or Databricks), reverse engineering, reading, gathering, and extracting code.
