Your Role
In your role, you will represent the interests of financial institutions, real estate investors, lenders, and real estate developers. Your responsibilities will include preparing real estate partnerships and financing arrangements, while coordinating the development of real estate projects. You will participate in negotiations related to purchase offers, real estate leases, development agreements, and construction contracts, while maintaining direct contact with clients.
In addition to strong negotiation skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent writing abilities. The successful candidate will support clients to contribute to the success of their projects while being an integral part of every stage of real estate development. As part of this support, the successful candidate will also be responsible for company incorporations, preparing corporate documents related to financing, and drafting shareholder agreements or limited partnership agreements. Professional Experience And Skills
- Member of the Quebec Bar
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate
- Past experience in commercial and corporate law or an interest in developing this area of practice

- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while rigorously respecting deadlines
- Initiative, organizational skills, resourcefulness, meticulousness, and autonomy
