Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in B2B sales, particularly in technology or related industries. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse clients. The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building lasting client relationships.
Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for business development and market expansion
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities
- Maintain thorough knowledge of industry products, competitors, and technological advancements
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Excellent analysis skills for understanding client needs and market dynamics
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales environments is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
