Join Crystal Clear Installations Inc. , a leading aluminum window and door manufacturer We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Shop Assistant to support our fabrication team. This is a great opportunity to start a trade career with on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Fabrication: Help with the cutting, assembly, and glazing of aluminum frames.
  • Tool Operation: Learn to safely operate basic shop machinery and power tools (saws, drills, etc.).
  • Material Handling: Organize, load, unload, and prepare raw aluminum stock.
  • Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; perform general housekeeping.
  • Shipping Prep: Assist with packing and preparing finished windows and doors for delivery.
  • Follow all safety procedures and work efficiently to meet production schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic math.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous manufacturing or shop experience is a plus, but not required—we will train you

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
