Team Assistant – Commercial Real Estate Division

Our client, a respected and rapidly growing brokerage network, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Team Assistant to join their Commercial Real Estate Division. Working closely with experienced advisors and account managers, you will play a key role in supporting commercial real estate accounts through accurate documentation, invoicing, client communication, and data management. What You'll Do

  • Prepare and process documents such as policies, certificates, cover notes, proposals, and summaries.
  • Issue premium financing contracts and support billing and invoicing functions.
  • Verify policy accuracy and electronically review all relevant documents.
  • Maintain and update account information within the Broker Management System.
  • Develop and maintain internal forms, reports, and rate sheets.
  • Support additional teams with special projects as required.
  • Provide high-quality administrative and organizational support to the Commercial Real Estate Division.

What You Bring

  • Level 1 General Insurance License (preferred but not required; willingness to obtain is essential).
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience in a professional environment.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and task organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Total Compensation

Salary Range: $45,000–$48,000, depending on skills, experience, and role scope.
