Real Estate Assistant – The Bagga Team at Royal LePage Magna (Edmonton, AB)
The Bagga Team at Royal LePage Magna is seeking a
licensed, motivated, and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant
to join our dynamic and high-performing team in Edmonton. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about real estate, and wants to work alongside top-producing agents while delivering an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

*Responsibilities*

  • Provide daily operational and administrative support to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow for the team.
  • Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions, including client communication, documentation, and compliance tracking.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, amendments, and all supporting paperwork with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), listing presentations, marketing packages, and feature sheets.
  • Schedule and coordinate showings, inspections, appraisals, open houses, and client meetings for both buyers and sellers.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, mortgage brokers, lawyers, inspectors, and cooperating agents to ensure seamless transitions from contract to closing.
  • Maintain organized records using Follow Up Boss (CRM), MLS, Google Workspace, and other required platforms for efficient lead and transaction management.
  • Represent The Bagga Team with professionalism, integrity, and a strong client-first mindset in all communications and interactions.

Compensation
$40,000 - $100,000

*Responsibilities*

  • Coordinate and manage all real estate transaction documents from contract to closing
  • Schedule showings, inspections, appraisals, and agent/client meetings
  • Liaise with clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and cooperating agents
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, amendments, and forms in compliance with AREA & EREB standards
  • Prepare CMA reports, listing packages, and buyer presentation materials
  • Monitor and maintain Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM with accurate data entry and follow-up tracking
  • Ensure all files are complete, compliant, and submitted to brokerage administration on time
  • Provide exceptional customer service with consistent communication and timely updates
  • Support listing management MLS uploads, photography scheduling, signage, lockboxes, and marketing coordination
  • Coordinate open houses and track/compile showing feedback reports
  • Contribute to daily team meetings, agent accountability sessions, and client success tracking

Qualifications

  • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Associate in Alberta and fully RECA compliant
  • Active member of the Edmonton Real Estate Board (EREB) and Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA)
  • Previous experience in real estate administration or as a licensed assistant
  • Strong understanding of Alberta real estate contracts, conveyancing procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Strong multitasking ability and capacity to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with real estate technology including Follow Up Boss, WebForms, ShowingTime, Google Suite, Canva, DocuSign, and similar tools
  • Flexible availability — ability to support occasional evening and weekend tasks
  • Positive, professional, and client-focused attitude with a strong commitment to service excellence
