Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves safely delivering small to medium sized packages to various locations while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of warehouse operations, commercial driving, and possess strong communication skills to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Duties

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles to deliver packages to customers and distribution centers
  • Ensure all deliveries are made accurately and on schedule
  • Possess skills of scanning, sorting & loading within warehouses or storage facilities as needed
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and delivery equipment
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during transportation

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license; a standard driver's license is required with a clean driving record
  • Experience in warehouse operations, is a plus
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more)
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
  • Prior warehouse experience is advantageous
  • Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Good physical condition to handle loading/unloading tasks and long periods of driving or standing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $150.00-$250.00 per day

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
