Developer – Infrastructure – Owner Relations Technology

We specialize in developing robust Owner Accounting and Owner Portal software solutions for Condo Hotels, Fractional Hotels, Timeshare Resorts, HOAs, Residence Clubs, and Property Management Companies. Our client base consists mainly of 4- and 5-star Resort hotels in North America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia.

THE POSITION
You will provide technical support for the Owner Relations Software Application platform. The role will include installing and upgrading software applications on the hosted servers, as well as supporting and maintaining the environment. It will also include working within Azure to build and support an Owner Relations offering in a secure hosted platform.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Implementation of the annual development plans, overseeing architectural direction and maintaining a focus on delivering on commitments.
• Foster collaboration within the Customer Support, Onboarding, Development and R&D teams (Product Management, Development and Quality Assurance)
• Collaborate with customers and 3rd party vendors to ensure clients achieve desired outcomes, including identifying potential roadblocks, offering solutions, and providing ongoing support
• Support configuration and setup for 3rd party vendors exported data flows into Owner Relations applications as expected.
• Support the IT setup and onboarding of new Owner Relations team members
• Present information (often technical in nature) to groups (including prospects, clients, support, and sales) with the appropriate degree of formality.
• Proactively participate in regular team meetings
• Record and log Software security events and performance levels of infrastructure
• Provided reports/data on key performance indicators
• Help maintain and monitor servers and data storage in our virtualized environment

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of development process in applications using. NET.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server Database queries and structure.
• Development experience in .NET, COM, XML and Web Services.
• Strong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Has the functional and technical skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
• Ability to quickly pick up on technical things and learn new industry, product, or technical knowledge.
• Ability to make good decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
• Good problem-solving skills, using rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
• Ability to make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Knowledge of both Linux and MS Windows server environments and administration
• Good understanding of MS Entra (active directory) user and group policy administration
• Knowledge of Xen XCP virtualization platform and ability to manage and work with a virtualized environment
