Job Description
The Copperleaf Extensions Infrastructure team builds and maintains the platform that enables internal teams, clients, and partners to develop intelligent, scalable extensions and integrations for the Copperleaf product. This includes standard APIs, extensibility frameworks, partner tooling, and — critically — a growing focus on AI infrastructure.
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with proven experience in both full-stack development and AI-powered systems. In this role, you'll work on extensibility frameworks, enhance developer and partner experience, and shape the AI capabilities that will define the next generation of extension development.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys building powerful platforms that empower others.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop robust, secure, and performant software using .NET (C#) and Angular.
Build and evolve extensibility infrastructure and RESTful APIs that support integration across the Copperleaf ecosystem.
Develop infrastructure and tooling for AI-assisted development
Partner with product teams and external stakeholders to deliver extensibility capabilities that are powerful, intuitive, and future-ready.
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring.
Qualifications
Ideally, you have the following experience, but we also recognize that talent comes in many forms, so we're looking for passion, enthusiasm, and transferrable skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
full-stack development with .NET (C#) and Angular
Practical experience with AI-based development, including:
AI infrastructure (e.g., agentic systems, MCP)
AI-powered dev tools, code generation, or decision-support features
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and scalable service design
Solid grasp of OOP and software design patterns
Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Track record of delivering end-to-end product features in a collaborative environment
Strong communicator and proactive team player with a continuous learning mindset
