Job description

Small group (maximum 3:1 ratio), individualized tutoring for elementary school (Grade JK to 8). Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Ontario Certified Teachers, those aspiring to the teaching profession, or those passionate about helping kids succeed.
  • Candidates in Teachers College or university designation towards Primary/Junior divisions preferred.
  • Previous experience working with students is an asset.
  • Excellent French and English oral and written skills is an asset.
  • A passion to help students reach their potential is a must.
  • Exceptionally organized and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to teach groups of up to 3 students.
  • Willing to commit to up to 10 hours per week to start.

Candidates must be able to work a minimum of two shifts per week within our hours of operation below.

  • Monday - Thursday, 3:00 - 8:00 pm
  • Saturdays, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
