This role involves providing exceptional customer service, fostering community and collaboration, and supporting various workplace initiatives. The Workplace Ambassador serves as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact, ensuring that the workplace operates smoothly and meets the needs of occupants and stakeholders.This role is on-site 5 days/week and the office is located a few blocks from the Canada Place on Burrard St.What your day-to-day will look like:Customer Service & Reception • Provide excellent service to employees and visitors, managing reception area, visitor access control, and phone calls • Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and assist with workplace needs like room bookings and IT support coordinationWorkplace Operations & Events • Coordinate workplace events, meetings, and activities including setup, catering, and audiovisual arrangements • Maintain workplace amenities (break rooms, lounges, wellness spaces) ensuring cleanliness and functionalityCommunication & Compliance • Disseminate workplace announcements and updates through multiple channels (email, newsletters, digital signage) • Educate employees on policies and procedures while promoting health and safety protocolsCommunity Engagement & Improvement • Foster workplace community through social activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives • Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback to optimize workplace experienceRequired Qualifications:Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a corporate or commercial real estate environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in customer service, business, or a related field is a plus. Estimated compensation for this position: 48,000.00 – 50,000.00 CAD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
