H3M Environmental Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to manage multiple small-scale projects from initiation to completion. This role involves client communications and managing multiple projects simultaneously, while working with internal teams to ensure meeting timelines and deliverables within budget. As the Project Manager will be the main point of contact for clients, the ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Define project scope, schedule, and budget, identify associated risks and constraints, and develop a plan to manage those risks and constraints.
  • Assign tasks, set targets, and meet regularly with the project team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Monitor and track project progress using project management tools and methodologies.

Client Reporting & Communications

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the internal team and clients, providing regular updates, reports, and meeting summaries.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings and regular status calls with clients.
  • Provide portfolio and project updates to clients regularly.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience managing multiple small projects, ideally in a client-facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and invoicing processes.
  • PMP or similar certification would be an asset. 
  • No prior industry experience required.
