**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**_:_ Plan, organize, and execute archaeological projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- **Fieldwork**:_ Conduct archaeological field surveys, excavations, and documentation in accordance with established methodologies and best practices.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:_ Obtain and manage archaeological permits, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.
- **Site Assessment**:_ Assess archaeological sites for significance and develop appropriate strategies for preservation and documentation.
- **Analysis and Reporting**_: Analyze findings, and prepare final reports.
- **Team Collaboration**:_ Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including field crew, archaeologists, and project managers.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:_ Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- **Equipment and Technology**_: _Utilize modern archaeological tools, techniques, and technology for fieldwork and analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**_**: A bachelor's or master's degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:_Proven experience as an Archaeological Permit Holder with a track record of successfully managing archaeological projects.
- **Permitting**_**: Demonstrated ability to obtain and manage archaeological permits from relevant authorities.
- **Technical Skills**_**: Proficient in archaeological field methods, survey techniques, and data analysis. Familiarity with GIS software is a plus.
- **Communication**:_ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- **Team Player**:_Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project needs.
- **Problem-Solving**:_ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $110,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
