As a Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is to ensure every guest feels welcomed, informed, and taken care of—from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle reservations, phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
- Provide accurate information about rooms, amenities, and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage guest requests, concerns, and feedback with patience and professionalism
- Maintain front desk records, bookings, and payment details accurately
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles is an asset
- Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and basic office software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
