Join Our Team and Help Transform Lives at Relationship Wellness Clinic
Are you a grounded, compassionate therapist who genuinely enjoys working with men, helping them understand themselves, their emotions, and their relationships in deeper, more meaningful ways?

About Us
We're a modern, connection-focused therapy practice dedicated to helping people strengthen their emotional and relational well-being.
We believe healthy relationships are the foundation of mental health and that men deserve support that's emotionally intelligent, practical, and real.
We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We value humour, authenticity, collaboration, and showing up as humans first (even on the messy days).
Our Vision
Connection sits at the core of everything we do, because when people feel seen, supported, and understood, real change happens.
Our goal is to create a space where individuals, couples, and families can build insight, emotional capacity, and growth from the inside out.
Our Core Values
Authenticity Real humans first, professionals second
Team Player We collaborate, support, and celebrate each other
Work Hard, Play Hard Passion with balance
Growth Mindset –Always learning, always evolving
Inclusivity & Respect Everyone belongs here
Compassion First –Healing starts with empathy
Integrity & Accountability We do what we say we'll do

- Support men in developing emotional literacy, self-awareness, and healthier relationship patterns
- Work with individual and couples (communication, conflict, attachment, intimacy)
- Use evidence-based, relationally informed approaches (Gottman Method, EFT, IFS-informed work, CBT, attachment-based therapy, etc.)
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold ethical and professional standards
- Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
Who We're Looking For
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Registered (or eligible for registration) with the Alberta College of Social Work, Alberta College of Psychologists or relevant regulatory body
- Experience and genuine interest in working with couples, men and men's mental health
- Strong clinical skills and ability to build trust with clients who may be new to therapy
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Solid communication skills and professional boundaries
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation

- Beautiful, private office space with ample parking
- A collaborative, growth-focused team culture
- Ongoing professional development opportunities
- Supportive admin systems
