Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays from 12-9pm. Opportunity for additional days and hours.
Compensation: This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity for associates providing professional services to our practice. Engagement and compensation are governed by an executed independent contractor agreement. This is not an employee role.
About the Clinic:
We're a fast growing company that has fifteen clinics throughout Ontario, with additional clinics to open throughout 2026. We believe that we have created never-seen-before dental practices that are undoubtedly committed to our patients, their families, and our employees' experience. As oral health is such a priority to us, we provide free basic dental care and cleanings for our employees and their immediate family.
What you'll do:
Conduct thorough dental examinations and diagnoses to assess oral health and develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient comfort and long-term results.
Deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including children, ensuring a gentle, reassuring, and inclusive approach to treatment.
Administer local anesthesia safely and effectively to manage patient pain and anxiety during procedures such as restorations (fillings), extractions, endodontic treatments (root canals), and other clinical services.
Provide orthodontic and cosmetic care where applicable, experience with Invisalign or SureSmile is a strong asset and welcomed in our clinic.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care strategies tailored to their specific needs, empowering them to take ownership of their dental health.
Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and front desk team members to deliver seamless, efficient, and high-quality patient care in a positive environment.
Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records using our dental software system.
What you'll bring to the role:
A valid license to practice dentistry in the Province of Ontario, in good standing with the relevant regulatory body.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you're someone who puts patients at ease and connects easily with colleagues.
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to balance thorough care and efficient delivery.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask while keeping patient care at the heart of everything you do.
A team-first mindset and a genuine interest in contributing to a collaborative and caring workplace culture.
A minimum of two years of experience within North America is preferred but not necessary.
New grads are welcome to apply.
Must be registered with RCDSO.
