Cowichan Valley Dental is seeking a passionate, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing team in beautiful Duncan, BC. This is a rare opportunity to walk into a fully established patient base with immediate production, dedicated support staff, and long-term partnership potential as you take over for a transitioning dentist.
You'll be stepping into a full-time schedule with two chairs and two dedicated dental assistants, with significant room for continued patient and practice growth.
This role is ideal for a confident clinician who is comfortable practicing independently in a busy general practice environment.

What You'll Do
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver high-quality general dentistry services across all age groups
Provide restorative, endodontic, and extraction procedures with a patient-centered approach
Administer local anesthesia safely and effectively
Educate patients on preventive care and oral health best practices
Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and front desk staff to ensure efficient, seamless care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
What You'll Bring
Minimum 2 years of experience in general dentistry
Active license and good standing with the BC dental regulatory body
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High clinical standards and sound judgment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Team-oriented mindset with an interest in long-term growth and partnership
