Staff Product Manager, Integrations

What You Will Do
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to guide the future of our HRIS integrations and our public API platform, which customers and partners use to connect Lattice to the tools they rely on every day. You'll join a fully staffed engineering team ready to execute, and together, you'll create the foundations that make Lattice a more open, flexible ecosystem and help customers work the way they want to.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, shaping platform strategy, and working with great internal and external partners, you'll love the impact you can have here. As a Staff Product Manager for Integrations, you will:
- Set and evolve the strategy for our HRIS integrations and API platform, shaping a clear long-term vision and roadmap by working with customers and our partners.
- Deliver new integrations that improve onboarding, reliability, and overall customer experience.
- Build the foundations that make future integrations faster, more scalable, and easier to maintain.
- Act as a thought partner to Engineering, helping shape technical direction while translating complex constraints into clear product decisions.
- Partner with Engineering, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure integrations deliver measurable customer and ecosystem impact.
- Own and influence key outcomes across adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth.
We're looking for a seasoned product manager with the technical depth and strategic instincts to shape Lattice's next generation of integrations and APIs. You'll be a great fit if you have a combination :
- 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful ownership of integrations, APIs, or platform surfaces.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, people-data workflows, or complex B2B data workflows.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable with data sync models, field mapping, and API design.
- A track record of shipping scalable, reliable integrations in partnership with engineering.
- Clear and confident communication skills that bring teams into alignment.
- A bias for action and the ability to create structure in an ambiguous environment.
Bonus:
- Experience in multi-product B2B SaaS or with partner/developer ecosystems.
If you have strong experience with integrations, APIs, or platform products, even if you don't meet every preferred qualification, we encourage you to apply. We're looking for strong product thinkers with deep technical fluency, not perfect resumes.
