Ready to be a Titan?
We solve real world problems in the specialty trade services and construction industry and we are seeking an experienced and visionary product leader to lead growth efforts expanding our addressable market. We are passionate about bringing innovative and delightful solutions to traditional problems and workflows. Our ambitious team of product managers, designers, data analysts, technical project managers, developers, quality assurance engineers, technical writers, and product marketers works closely with our internal stakeholders, strategic business partners, hundreds of thousands of users, and broader community to help make the lives of hard working women and men in the trades easier through technology. We embrace agile development and design thinking to rapidly ship solutions with real impact and high value. We measure our success based on our customers' success and our ability to meaningfully improve their lives.
We are expanding our Identity and User Management (IUM) squad and seeking a Senior Product Manager to help lead the development of a unified identity system that powers secure, scalable, and seamless access across our ecosystem. You'll be responsible for helping to shape the vision, strategy, and execution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions that balance strong security, compliance requirements, and seamless user experience.
You'll play a pivotal role in building the unified identity system that underpins our entire ecosystem. Your work will ensure that customers and internal teams have a single, secure, and seamless login and access experience across all products, while strengthening our security and compliance posture. By joining use, you'll help shape the foundation that protects our platform, empowers our users, and enables future innovation at scale.
What you'll do:
Create, articulate, evangelize, champion, and execute the vision for Identity and User Management.
Own the product roadmap for strategic IAM-focused initiatives, from concept to launch, ensuring solutions meet both security and usability needs.
Define product requirements for core identity capabilities, including authentication, authorization, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.
Lead the product development lifecycle from market research through discovery, design, validation, requirements, grooming, planning, development, delivery, and go-to-market.
Drive go-to-market execution, change management, and cross functional coordination to ensure successful adoption of identity initiatives across the company and customer base.
Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and UX to design and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Partner with cross-functional squads to ensure IAM systems integrate seamlessly across the platform and align with business goals.
Enable pre-sale and post-sale stakeholders to understand market needs, use cases, and recommended best practices.
Establish and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, retention, usability, adoption, engagement, and satisfaction to meet goals. Communicate and mitigate risks effectively to ensure successful objective attainment.
Own customer and prospect escalations to ensure proper resolution while managing impact to roadmap commitments.
Nurture strategic partnership relationships, resulting in creation and adoption of new integrations.
What you'll bring:
5+ years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a product management role preferably in B2B SaaS with a strong track record of shipping new products and features.
Proven experience integrating IAM solutions with complex, distributed systems and/or cybersecurity and anomaly detection.
Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, access governance, segregation of duties, recertification, and privileged identity management concepts.
Familiar with standards and tools such as SCIM, OpenID Connect, SAML, Azure, and have knowledge of main Identity Providers (Okta, Entra ID, etc.).
Ability to build consensus and work collaboratively cross-functionally within and beyond research and development teams.
Data-driven approach to measuring success and quantifying customer outcomes and business impacts.
Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated initiative to lead, motivate, and pay strict attention to detail and quality.
Strong EQ to empathize with stakeholders and balance several perspectives, ultimately creating support and alignment around your decisions..
Excellent communication skills that allow you to translate complex and detailed information into simple and readily understandable executive summaries.
Bias toward action allowing you to move quickly while establishing the foundation for long term success.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or technical MS) a plus.
