,Overview

We are seeking a motivated, results‑driven salesperson to generate and close home renovation projects. This role focuses on selling both exterior and interior renovation services to homeowners. The successful candidate will earn a 12 % commission on each closed job, providing unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads for exterior and interior renovation projects.
  • Conduct on‑site consultations, assess client needs, and present tailored renovation proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms, secure deposits, and close sales.
  • Coordinate with project estimators, designers, and installation crews to ensure timely project start‑up.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients post‑installation to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable meeting clients in person.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
  • Knowledge of exterior and interior renovation trends is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

  • 12 % commission on the total contract value of each closed renovation job.
  • No base salary; earnings are directly tied to performance.
