Job description:

Job title: Senior Business System Analyst – Develop and drive strategic business decisions for a global leader in high-speed automation solutions

We're looking for a
Senior
Business System Analyst
with a passion for streamlining processes and solving complex integration challenges. You will drive the connection between CAD and our ERP system, to improve workflow efficiencies, and shape organized data strategies across the business. You will also champion updates and changes with team members at Pack-Smart, making sure everyone understands the importance of the updates and utilizing them

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with departments to integrate systems seamlessly and align technology solutions with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to design and implement robust, scalable solutions tailored to meet business requirements.
• Continuously monitor system performance, identify and resolve technical issues, and optimize system efficiency.
• Drive system testing and validation procedures to ensure system reliability, functionality, and compliance with requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in ERP (or related) system integration (in manufacturing setting is a great asset).
• Experience with integrating CAD and ERP systems.
• Knowledge in Python programming preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL or experience with ERP data queries is a plus.
• Strong change management skills, educating cross-functional teams to use new application functions

Concord, Ontario.
