Landscaping Labourer – Full-Time & Year-Round Work

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
  • Wage: $19.85 – $28.35 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Work Location: On-site (Parksville & Qualicum Beach area)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with landscape maintenance and installation projects
  • Operate hand tools and landscaping equipment safely
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Follow direction from crew leaders and adhere to company safety procedures
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Participate in training and skill development opportunities

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in physical labour (landscaping experience preferred)
  • Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • Valid driver's licence (required)
  • Punctual and dependable
