We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience with various machining processes. This role involves operating CNC machines, performing quality control checks, and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and press brake machines to produce high-quality components.
  • Interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to understand specifications and requirements.
  • Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLC) for machine operation and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct quality control inspections using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure precision in manufacturing.
  • Perform basic maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise during production.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  • Package finished products according to company standards for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in manufacturing or machining environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating CNC machinery, including CNC programming knowledge.
  • Familiarity with welding techniques and the use of hand tools.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot machinery effectively.
  • Experience with quality control processes and basic math skills for measurements.
  • Ability to read blueprints and CAD designs accurately.
  • Forklift certification is a plus; warehouse experience is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$31.63 per hour
