Hourly Rate: $21.43

Full Time Hours

As the Supervisor, you'll oversee the Rental, Valet, and Repair areas, leading the team of Attendants to ensure guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience with their equipment. You'll collaborate closely with the leadership team to keep operations running smoothly, making sure both guests and staff have a great time. If you're organized, love working with people, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • To provide a high-quality guest service, experience and presentation for the guest.
  • Perform opening and closing duties for the department.
  • Motivate staff through example and leadership skills.
  • Assist in on boarding and training of new attendants.
  • Coach and performance manage staff throughout the season.
  • Ensure all staff are adhering to proper procedures.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • 1 - 2 years previous supervisory experience an asset.
  • Must be a team player, customer service driven, friendly and outgoing.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
  • Past customer service experience.
  • Must be able to lift 40lbs.
  • Flexible work schedule (must be able to work a variety of shifts including, weekends, evenings and holidays).
