About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior Marketing Creator
to lead content and creative direction for Focus Factor Drinks. This role sits at the sweet spot of
design, video, and strategy
, and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You'll play a key role in defining our brand voice and visual identity — crafting compelling content that grabs attention, builds community, and drives real engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute high-impact creative campaigns across social, digital, and video platforms
  • Design and produce content — from quick-turn graphics and social videos to brand visuals and longer-form campaigns
  • Stay ahead of Gen Z trends, memes, and emerging platforms to keep content relevant and fresh
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align creative with brand and business goals
  • Help develop and evolve the creative direction and identity of the Focus Factor Drinks line

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or graphic/video design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing visual and video work (especially across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of Gen Z culture, trends, and digital habits
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar
  • Self-starter mentality with a passion for building brands and storytelling through design
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects from concept to launch
