Key responsibilities

  • Design creation: Develop a wide range of visual assets, including social media graphics, website elements, logos, brochures, and event signage.
  • Video editing: Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished content, incorporating graphics, music, and sound effects.
  • Collaboration: Work with creative and marketing teams to develop concepts, align with project goals, and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
  • Project management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high-quality standard.
  • Feedback integration: Receive and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and edits.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Design fundamentals: Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Video editing fundamentals: Knowledge of video editing techniques like splicing, color grading, and sound mixing.
  • Creativity: Ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos.
  • Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to ensure high-quality, error-free work.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to present ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
