Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Flower Shop team. This role is ideal for those who enjoy a fast-paced environment. As a member of our Flower Shop, you will play a key role in creating bouquets and arrangements during our peak season.

Duties

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, ensuring displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
  • Process fresh products and create bouquets and arrangements.
  • Help with inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking shelves as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous floral experience or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with team members.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak season.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
