Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to engage customers effectively. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing product knowledge, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Duties

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process transactions accurately using Checkmate system, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
  • Upsell products by identifying opportunities to enhance customer purchases.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CHECKMATE and CAR-PART is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively.
  • Proficient in merchandising techniques and maintaining store displays.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
