Overview

We are seeking skilled Sewing Machine Operators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating sewing machines in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial sewing environment and a strong understanding of warehouse operations. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

  • Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch, hem, or assemble fabric pieces according to specifications.
  • Follow patterns, templates, and production guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Perform basic maintenance on sewing machines, such as threading, replacing needles, and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure quality control and smooth workflow.

Experience

  • Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines is preferred either on Single Needle or Serge Machines
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.30-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
