We are currently hiring for the position of Supervisor with Logistics.
Employment Status: Temporary Full-time
Duration: November 2027
Hours of Work: Must be available days
Location: Humber River Health, Wilson Site
Labour Group: Non-Union
Salary Range: $ $54.766
Reporting Relationship: Manager, Procurement and Logistics Department
Responsibilities
- Supervision of logistics staff
- Manage Meditech Materials Management System for Inventory, Ordering and Receiving
- Research and develop policies/procedures
- Tracks service contract and their performance
- Staff training
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Business Administration Diploma required
- Preferred background in finance/accounting
- Supply Chain Management Association - Ontario (SCMAO) preferred
- 3 years of inventory and supply chain supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in a computerized healthcare environment preferred
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required
- Knowledge of healthcare systems required
- Knowledge and applied experience of Meditech preferred
- Demonstrated strong written communication, verbal communication and inter-personal skills required
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
- Computer skills including knowledge of and applied experience using Healthcare systems
- Highly developed critical thinking, practical problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to complete Human Resources functions such as interviewing, performance assessments, investigations and disciplinary meetings
