Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, administrative, and communication skills, with experience in supervising staff and managing office functions. This role involves coordinating various administrative tasks, managing vendor relationships, and supporting team development to foster an efficient and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including organization, scheduling, and general administrative tasks
- Support estimating processes and assist in preparing bids or proposals
- Maintain office systems, files, and records
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members as needed
- Assist with payroll, invoicing, and other financial tasks as required
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and take initiative to implement solutions

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous administrative, office management, or estimating experience is a plus
- Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable team player
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Pay: $110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
