Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts through effective business development techniques.
  • Engage in outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to identify potential clients.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Manage client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the industry that can enhance sales efforts.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and effectively communicating their benefits to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of achieving targets in B2B environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Experience in business development and account management to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in technology sales, demonstrating an understanding of technical products and services.
  • Excellent analytical skills for evaluating market trends and client needs.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions and sales pipelines.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing value to clients.

Pay: $33,584.81-$66,300.08 per year
