User Support Technician

Job Summary
As a Support Technician, you will be the go-to hero for our users, providing top-notch technical support and ensuring seamless operation of IT systems.
What you'll do
- Responsibilities
- Grant access to computer networks and monitor system performance.
- Troubleshoot user-reported hardware/software issues.
- Research solutions using technical manuals and user guides.
- Maintain a log of problems and solutions for team reference.
- Assist in application/software redesign.
- Set up employee workstations (OS, software, cables).
- Provide business systems, network, and internet support.
- Supervision: No supervisory duties.
Basic qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and desktop support tools.
