Level Up Wellness Group is a growing, private, multi-disciplinary clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive, whole-person healthcare across the lifespan. We move beyond fragmented care by integrating medical, mental, and functional health services under one roof. Our team comprises Nurse Practitioners, Registered Psychologists, Counsellors, and Occupational Therapists who collaborate actively to address the root causes of illness, employing a functional medicine, systems-based approach to achieve personalized, lasting wellness for our clients. We are out-of-the-box thinkers and work in niche areas.

The Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity to build a long-term role in a unique, collaborative setting. We are seeking a clinician to work directly with children, youth, and their families, providing specialized assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-informed therapy.

The position will start with
one evening per week (approximately 4-8 hours)
to manage immediate demand, but the practice is structured for rapid growth, with the expectation that this role will move toward
full-time employment
based on client flow and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Specialized Clinical Services:
   Provide expert, individual, and family therapy to children and youth (ages struggling with complex mental health and neurodevelopmental challenges.

2. Focus Areas:
   Maintain specialized knowledge and clinical experience in at least two of the following high-demand areas:

3. ADHD
   (Executive Functioning, emotional regulation, parent coaching).

4. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
   (Experience with Exposure and Response Prevention/ERP is highly valued).
5. Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
   (Social skills, emotional regulation, and family support).

3.Integrated Care:
Actively participate in the Level Up model by collaborating with internal specialists—including our Nurse Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, and other Psychologists and Clinical Social Workers to create holistic, whole-person treatment plans.

4.Assessment & Diagnosis:
Conduct clinical assessments (within scope of practice) and develop clear, precision-guided treatment roadmaps for clients and their families.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Designation (Required):
  Must be currently registered and in good standing as a:
• Registered Psychologist (Provisional or Full)
  , OR
  Registered Clinical Social Worker (RCSW)
  .
• Experience:
  Proven experience (minimum 2 years post-registration) working directly with children and youth aged 4 to 18.
• Passion for Integration:
  Strong philosophical alignment with functional medicine and a commitment to whole-person care (Mind, Body, and Function).
• Availability:
  Must be available to commit to
  one consistent evening per week (e.g., 4 PM to 9 PM)
  as the foundational shift for the role.
