As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting complex rail and transit projects, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across multidisciplinary teams.
Your Impact
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track and aligned with client expectations.
- Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements for major transit programs.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in preparing proposals, budgets, and resource plans for upcoming rail and transit projects.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes and maintain accurate project records for audits and stakeholder reviews.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination within transportation, infrastructure, or engineering environments.
- Familiarity with rail and transit projects, including exposure to scheduling tools and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of contract administration and procurement processes in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering projects that improve mobility and sustainability for communities.
Compensation
BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $76,100 – $102,200MB & ON: $69,400 – $96,900
ATLANTIC PROVINCES & QC: $68,700 – $92,500
