We are currently seeking a freelance tutor to join our team. If you're passionate about teaching, inspired by learning, and motivated to help students grow into their best selves, we'd love to hear from you.

The Position:

English & Math Tutor (Online)

The Role:

As an Abrite tutor, you'll help students grow through:

  • Academic Growth – mastering concepts, building study skills, and preparing for tests.
  • Personal Growth – strengthening confidence, resilience, and habits for success.
  • Career Growth – connecting learning to passions, pathways, and career readiness.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering tutoring sessions in your subject of expertise to K-12 students.
  • Supporting students with homework, assignments, and test preparation.
  • Completing student progress reports and maintaining attendance records.

The Essentials:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related subject.
  • 5+ years of tutoring or teaching experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for education.
  • A positive, growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

The Hours:

  • Part-time commitment of 1 to 8 hours per week.
  • Availability on weeknights (4–9pm EST) and weekends.
  • Preference will be given to those who can commit to at least 1 year.
