Endress+Hauser Canada was founded on May 1st, 1990. The company's main office is in Burlington, Ontario and additional offices are in Montreal, Quebec, Calgary & Edmonton, Alberta. Our Channel Partners and Authorized Service Partners provide coverage and support across Canada.
We are looking for a Regional Product Business Manager, Service person to be accountable for profitable Service business growth within the region of responsibility. Promote the complete Endress+Hauser integrated service offering of contracts (calibration, maintenance, support, optimization), commissioning, and training services. Ensure our customers' needs are understood by the organization and that they are satisfied in a timely, professional, and sustainable way.

Are you able to ensure the growth of the service business within your region? At Endress+Hauser you will be responsible for the profitable growth of service businesses, ensuring that our clients' needs are met in a timely, professional and sustainable manner.
Are you a good team player? Together with the service teams, you will develop and execute account plans and customer territories, identifying target customers.
Are you passionate about customer satisfaction and business growth? This position is for you You will help identify substantial growth opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Develop, coordinate, and implement strategic plans for promoting and selling professional services in the respective region
- Actively engage and coach each sales representative to enable success in selling service offerings across the customer base
- Drive individual customer facing activities in proactive promotion to grow our service business.
- Understand, identify, and communicate to customers our service offerings that represent sustainable and substantial growth opportunities
- Collaborate and communicate with account managers on activities with customers
- Selling the full range of Endress+Hauser Services in a competent and professional manner
- Provide systematic and intentional customer service for customers within the respective region
- Proactive account planning and opportunity management in CRM tool, Salesforce
- Customer interactions and future customer task scheduling logged in Salesforce
- Mutual establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with Regional Sales Manager
- Conduct monthly business reviews with regional sales manager on the Service KPIs
- Other duties as assigned
What do we expect from you?
- Post-secondary technical education preferably in instrumentation, process control, automation, electronics or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of Technical Sales experience in selling services
- Excellent communication skills to work well with diverse individuals, groups and with internal & external customers
- Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Strong desire to understand customer process and to provide consultative guidance to improve their process by applying E+H solutions.
