Essential Job Function
* Now Hiring: Team Leaders & Quality Inspectors
Team Leader*
Team Leaders are the heartbeat of our on-site operations. In this role, you'll guide teams, communicate with customers, oversee project requirements, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You'll gain hands-on experience traveling to different manufacturing plants and warehouses, learning new processes, and supporting employee growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support teams at assigned locations
  • Train inspectors, develop work instructions, and verify proper equipment usage
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Serve as acting Job Leader when needed
  • Inspect parts and ensure quality standards
  • Manage documentation throughout project duration
  • Ensure all safety and company policies are followed
  • Additional duties as assigned

*Qualifications*

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Positive attitude and detail-oriented
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments

*Quality Inspectors*
Quality Inspectors ensure product standards are met through careful visual inspection, sorting, and documentation. This is a great role for dependable individuals with strong attention to detail and a desire to support the automotive/manufacturing industry.
