We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and payment transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen and dining spaces
  • Assist with serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
  • Uphold food safety regulations and practices during food preparation and service
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales

Skills

  • Strong food preparation skills with an understanding of food handling practices
  • Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient order management
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
  • Familiarity with sanitation standards and food safety regulations
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Experience in serving food and beverages is an advantage
