Rafat is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to expand our private sector client base and drive new business across a broad range of construction and site services. This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven salesperson with strong knowledge of the GTA construction and property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, developers, facility managers, warehouse operators, dealerships, factories, and institutional clients.
- Identify opportunities and secure contracts for site work, paving, concrete, landscape, and full building construction.
- Coordinate with estimating and operations teams to prepare proposals and close deals.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet annual targets.
Our Services

- Maintenance programs and snow services
- Ground-up construction of residential homes/buildings, warehouses, factories, dealerships, and commercial buildings

Qualifications
