Rafat is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to expand our private sector client base and drive new business across a broad range of construction and site services. This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven salesperson with strong knowledge of the GTA construction and property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, developers, facility managers, warehouse operators, dealerships, factories, and institutional clients.
  • Identify opportunities and secure contracts for site work, paving, concrete, landscape, and full building construction.
  • Coordinate with estimating and operations teams to prepare proposals and close deals.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet annual targets.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, property services, or related industry
  • Established network within the GTA market an asset
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Valid Ontario driver's license
