Job Description

  • Lead the architecture design and implementation of comprehensive ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions aligned with organizational risk and compliance strategies
  • Utilize deep expertise in ServiceNow platform modules including Governance Risk Compliance Integrated Risk Management and Audit Management
  • Apply strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM fundamentals such as Incident Problem Change CMDB Asset and Service Catalog modules
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow components using JavaScript business rules client scripts UI policies ACLs and data policies
  • Stay current with the latest ServiceNow product features best practices and industry trends to ensure innovative solution delivery
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate GRCIRM solutions seamlessly into enterprise environments
  • Drive adoption of Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement within virtual and global teams

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable ServiceNow GRCIRM solutions that meet complex business and regulatory requirements
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including scripting and automation to enhance platform functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform configuration scripting and integration issues efficiently Conduct vendor security and compliance assessments leveraging ServiceNow Compliance and Risk applications
  • Lead and mentor junior team members providing technical guidance and fostering skill development
  • Engage actively in project planning requirements gathering validation sessions and SCRUM ceremonies
  • Maintain clear and effective communication documentation and presentation to support project success
  • Manage multiple complex tasks independently while collaborating with customers and delivery teams to ensure timely project deliveryRequestor
