What You'll Be Doing

  • Service, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment
  • Work in restaurants, hotels, and commercial kitchens, casinos, grocery stores
  • Perform preventative maintenance
  • Communicate clearly with customers
  • Keep accurate service notes
  • Represent OAR with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in commercial refrigeration (or strong equivalent)
  • Gas license and/or ODP certification is an asset
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Someone who takes pride in quality workmanship
  • A tech who wants stable, long-term growth—not job hopping
