We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Service Technician to join our team, specifically skilled in servicing boilers.

The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of direct experience in working on residential and commercial boilers, and takes pride in delivering quality results while taking superior care of clients. They will be challenged and supported while applying and expanding their knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

· Complete service calls: Document steps, source parts, update office team, invoice clients, collect payment

· Anticipate requirements for the day (prepare self & truck quickly and thoroughly in the morning)

· Keep self, truck, and equipment neat and clean at all times

· Adhere to proper procedures in the use of the work order app

· Attend training classes and training seminars to keep expertise upgraded in the field

· Follow through on job issues or complications

· Potentially help with installs: Furnaces, ACs, Heat pumps (ducted and ductless), Boilers, Unit heaters, Humidifiers, Water heaters, etc.

Qualifications

· Excellent mechanical ability

· G2 Gas Technician License (G1 or 313A is an asset)

· Ability to represent Advanced HVAC in a professional manner with customers, vendors, team, and the general public

· Work well under pressure

· Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record

· Must have required tools

· Ability to handle challenging customer issues

· Adaptability—able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events

· Effective communicator – works well with different customer and office personnel personality styles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
