Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented freight Broker to join our dynamic team. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating the transportation of goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining efficient communication between drivers and clients. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Booking freight from and to Western Canada (FTL and LTL)
  • Coordinate and schedule freight shipments, ensuring optimal routing and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities using data entry skills.
  • Monitor freight type requirements and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients, drivers, and vendors.

Skills

  • Experience with Load link
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication.
  • Knowledge of supply chain logistics and operations is beneficial.
  • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities effectively.
