ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead and grow our engineering team. This role is suited for an experienced leader who can guide engineers across multiple disciplines, strengthen our project delivery processes, and support the advancement of new technologies and products.

You will oversee engineering activities across design, testing, manufacturing support, and field execution, while helping scale our R&D and product development programs—including innovations in water reuse, treatment efficiency, and commercial RO systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Project Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Technical Expertise:

Provide technical guidance and expertise in water management, treatment, and distribution systems.
- Innovation:

Drive the development of innovative and sustainable engineering solutions to address current and future water challenges.
- Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, operations, and business development, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Regulatory Compliance:

Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards, ensuring that all engineering projects comply with applicable guidelines.
- Budget Management:

Manage the engineering budget effectively, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
- Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or related field).
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to comprehend technical documents, including technical drawings, specifications, and procedure manuals.
