As an
Associate Director, Analytics
, you will seize a pivotal opportunity to drive strategic data initiatives and foster innovation. In this leadership role, you will define advanced analytical frameworks and partner deeply with cross-functional leaders (including media, finance, and operations) to translate complex data into actionable business strategies and impactful outcomes. We are seeking a dynamic leader who excels at solving complex data challenges and champions innovative analytical solutions.

What You Will Do
Data Management & Insights:

  • Define and oversee the development of advanced analytical reports and dashboards that provide strategic insights into overall business and project performance.
  • Drive strategic data analysis to identify overarching trends, anticipate potential issues, and generate actionable insights that inform senior leadership decisions.
  • Optimize complex data flows, sources, and transformations, leveraging data integration tools and technologies.
  • Identify systemic data issues and champion collaborative solutions with key stakeholders to enhance data quality and reliability across the organization.

Client Engagement

  • Act as a key client-facing expert, presenting insights, reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring analytics solutions exceed expectations and drive measurable impact.

Analytics Strategy & Leadership

  • Serve as a primary strategic partner to cross-functional leadership, translating complex data findings into clear business strategies and recommendations.
  • Champion continuous innovation in data methodologies, tools, and process improvements within the analytics function, driving efficiency and new capabilities.

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in data science, analytics, data strategy, or a related field, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS), and advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proven success in managing complex, multi-faceted analytics projects.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for simplifying complex data narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Finance or other analytics-related field.
  • Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or R for advanced analytics and modeling.
  • Develop, implement, and validate robust statistical models to address business challenges and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in marketing analytics is preferred.

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.
