Location: In-office (Cochrane or West Calgary area), with remote flexibility until the new office opens
Who We Are
At BUFF, the outdoors isn't just where we work—it's who we are. From trail runs in the Rockies to long days on the water, we design gear for people who choose adventure as a way of life. Sustainability, innovation, and community drive us forward. If you thrive on fresh air, purposeful work, and a team that values balance, you'll feel right at home with us.
About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Associate who brings warmth, organization, and a love for helping others. You'll be the first point of contact for customers across Canada—supporting both businesses and individuals with questions, orders, and product information. Whether it's processing an order, solving a problem, or sharing the latest BUFF gear news, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects the adventure and care behind our brand.
This position will be based in-office at our new Cochrane/West Calgary location (opening soon). Until the office is ready, the role will start remotely with regular in-person collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Deliver Excellent Service: Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of BUFF—answering inquiries by email and phone, and providing timely, professional support.
- Manage Orders: Process orders, warranties, and payments with care and precision, ensuring every detail is handled smoothly.
- Support Sales Operations: Work alongside the Product and Sales Manager on administrative and customer-related tasks to keep operations running seamlessly.
- Collaborate Internally: Communicate with Original BUFF and internal teams on order processing, product designs, and shipping details.
- Share the BUFF Story: Engage customers with genuine enthusiasm for our products, updates, and brand—helping them feel part of the BUFF community.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of customer service, order management, or administrative experience.
- A friendly communicator who enjoys solving problems and creating positive experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite; experience with order management systems or CRM tools is an asset.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a team-first attitude.
- Alignment with BUFF's values: adventurous, collaborative, and sustainability-minded.
Why Join BUFF
Working at BUFF means joining a global brand that's built around purpose, adventure, and community. You'll be part of a supportive team that values balance and excellence—and you'll help lay the foundation for BUFF's growing presence in Canada.
