We are hiring a Construction Superintendent to manage day-to-day site operations. The right candidate is a strong communicator with a proven ability to lead trades, maintain quality, and drive schedules.
ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
Develop scopes of work with the Project Manager during planning.
Supervise trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to schedules.
Conduct site inspections for safety, quality, and code compliance.
Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and designers to meet objectives.
Ensure proper delivery and installation of materials and equipment.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
Provide timely updates and reporting.
5+ years of experience in residential construction site supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate site logistics.
Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Hands-on problem-solving approach.
Proficiency with scheduling and construction management software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Basic carpentry tools (specialty tools provided).
Salary: $70,000–$90,000 plus performance bonus
