**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute the daily plan and work sequence, completing construction work in an effective, safety-conscious manner.
- Work with and alongside other workers with the utmost regard for safety.
- Follow direction as provided by the foreperson, lead hand, superintendent and spotter.
- Safely operate heavy equipment when necessary.
- Complete tasks as directed, with attention to detail to produce a quality product.
- Operate small equipment including quick saws, plate packers, pumps, and tools etc., as needed.
- All other duties as assigned by management.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- 5+ years experience working in an area of expertise as detailed above.
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, dozers, graders, etc..
- Ability and willingness to perform physical labour in an area of expertise as described above.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with a team.
- Must be able to stand, lift 50 lbs., carry, bend, and reach.
- Punctual and available to work 55 hours per week.
- Conduct yourself in a professional and mature manner.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

**Work Conditions**
- Travel to various sites will be required.
- Outdoor environment in various weather conditions.
- Weekend or overtime work will be required to complete the scope of work in a timely manner and based on weather conditions.
